The “Sailing into Opportunities” project is developed in a technical school thanks to the staff under project contract with EURO-Net that is supervising all the project steps with students involving them in the pilot activities and other project initiatives.
Students have worked in the constructions of the boat and followed lessons on various matters related with the project training. They have assembled the boat and printed pieces with 3D printers. The boats are quite ready for adding on the electronics (sensors and boat control).
This activity is stimulating the students’ problem solving and creativity. They are interested to learn more on how robotic systems work.
Teachers and trainers are working with enthusiasm and they are supervising all steps, answering also to all students’ necessities and/or questions coming from them.
We have also selected the 5 students that will participate at the Hackathon in Vilnius in May 2025.
